* Om = Omer. The appropriate day is counted at night as shown in the bottom line (eg on the night of 5 April the 3rd day is counted).
That same Omer day is also shown next to the civil date for the following day (in this example 6 April is the 3rd day of the Omer)


** From 2004 & onwards whenever Yom Hashoah & Yom Hazikaron should fall on Sunday they are moved forward to the next day (Monday) due to the difficulties involved in starting on a Motzei Shabbat (Saturday night).
As a result Yom Ha'atzmaut is also moved forward a day, from Monday to Tuesday.

Note in the summer many communities bring Shabbat in at 20:00 or earlier
