should fall on Sunday they are moved forward to the next day (Monday) due to the difficulties involved in starting on a
Motzei Shabbat
(Saturday night).
As a result
Yom Ha'atzmaut
is also moved forward a day, from Monday to Tuesday.

Note in the summer many communities bring Shabbat in at 20:00 or earlier
